A kitchen was ok for us. Hard rock cafe, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. 25 minutes' ride to the airport.
Nothing for me.

Convenient Location and Nearby Eateries 🍴
This place was just a short walk away from Read Cafe, which was only about 700 feet from here. It's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport. We really enjoyed that aspect!

I had so much fun exploring the water adventures like surfing and whale-watching. The tour desk helped me book Whitsunday tours and skydiving. The hostel is conveniently located near bars, clubs, and restaurants. I loved relaxing by the pool with a drink in hand.
Who needs soap in the bathrooms anyway?

Best hostel experience! Loved the social atmosphere, with organized nights out and activities. The lounge area was great for meeting new people and chilling out. Plus, free breakfasts were a game-changer. The location was unbeatable- close to everything, including transport links. To top it off, reception staff were friendly and welcoming with excellent local knowledge.
Disliked the lack of privacy in the dorms, with too few bathrooms for too many people. And, while the hostel had some great facilities, it was a bit run-down with some maintenance issues.

For the price we paid, Sleeping Inn Backpackers Resort was excellent value. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options available.

The location of this hostel was a definite plus, with close proximity to the city centre and beach. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay. the cleanliness of the dormitories and the availability of facilities such as the kitchen and bathroom were major advantages.
Noise levels from music at night could prove problematic for those trying to sleep. the dormitories were quite small and lacked certain safety features such as protective bars on the top bunks.
